A. MEDITATION: according to a study πŸ“š✏, meditation πŸ’­πŸ§˜‍♀️ is a proven way to reduce stress πŸ˜–. Stress reduction is very important to being one's best self. Meditation is your brain's and your body's way of taking a breakπŸ“πŸ₯­πŸ‰ Meditation leads to a calm mind😌 and a calm mind leads to a happy being, who ultimately leads to Happiness 😁😊.



B. EAT HEALTHY : there's a famous saying (or a variation of the saying) 😬 "what you eat, is what you become". Need we say more? Ohh, we do, 😁so, eating healthy would actually lead to a healthy body πŸ₯³πŸ€©which might be helpful in executing the A. Way mentioned above but also,
you will witness a new-found liveliness which helps you in achieving your goals πŸ™Œ.

C. STAY πŸ™ƒHAPPY : everyone just says simple things like "stay happy" And "stay connected" Or even "stay same" But one must do X no. Of efforts to stay and maintain their happy πŸ˜†conscience. I, personally believe being happy is possible by even the minute gestures. Maybe smiling 😸 to yourself in the morning or "accidentally" πŸ˜› reading a joke can even do wonders for your state of mind 😌😌 throughout the day.


D. BE PRODUCTIVE: this goes pretty much without saying that "an empty mind is a devil's πŸ˜ˆπŸ‘Ή home" and 89 percent of usπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‰ don't want that. Therefore, in the whole 24 hours that you have been granted, you should definitely do something worthy of time. It might be taking a dance tutorial (or a bank robbery tutorialπŸ˜›πŸ€£) or even a specific task that you might be able to strike off from your to-do note at the end of your day. 😎

It is performed for various reasons, to aid growth and improve strength, preventing aging, developing muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, improving health and also for enjoyment. Many individuals choose to exercise outdoors where they can congregate in groups, socialize, and enhance well-being.
In terms of health benefits, the amount of recommended exercise depends upon the goal, the type of exercise, and the age of the person. Even doing a small amount of exercise is healthier than doing none.
